Does Triplogin charge any service charge for booking a hotel for me?

No, we do not charge any extra service charges for hotel booking. We only charge the exact amount.

Can I book a hotel outside of India also?

You can book hotel for any place of the world starting from budget hotel to 7-star. Triplogin is having a huge collection of hotels, around 5000+ hotels in India, 60000+ hotels across the globe.

How is my hotel voucher delivered to me?

We will deliver you the Hotel Vouchers by hard copy or an e-mail. You can get a free home delivery of hard copy of voucher and can pay on delivery by cash/cheque.

I didn't get an email confirmation. What do I do?

If you don't receive an email after making a reservation, it could be that we have the wrong email address on file. Check your spam folder, just in case, and add our email address – info@Triplogin.com - to your address book so that it doesn't get filtered out next time. How do I modify a hotel reservation?

You have the option to customize the details of your hotel reservation. Make sure that there are certain charges as stated by the hotel policies and the charges might be applicable even.

How long would it take to get my reservation information?

In most of the cases the hotels receive your reservation information immediately from the time you have made your hotel booking.

Can you arrange a transfer facility from airport/railway station?

If you want a transfer facility from Airport/Railway Station we can provide you on request, at the time of room booking you need to mention this to our booking executive and need to mention the reaching time and vehicle type you want to avail. We will arrange the same on additional cost.

Do you provide discounts for any group booking?

Yes we offer discount on group booking for details of the group rates, please do contact our sales department.

How many people would you allow to reside in one hotel room?

A normal room of any hotel can put up a maximum of 3 people. Make sure the third bed would be comfortable rollaway bed.

Please let me know about the wide-ranging rooming policy of the hotels. Do you allow more than 2 adults in one room?

Here below are the following general room types, which you can book – Single room, Double/Twin rooms, and Triple & Quad rooms.

Single Room – This type provide accommodation to an individual and single person.

Twin Room – This type of room accommodate two people in its two single beds. In fact a double room comes with a single King Sized or Queen Sized bed where 02 adult guests can put up. Remember one thing that affirmation of a Double bedded room or Twin bedded room will always be subject to the room availability.

Triple Room – This type of room can put up 3 adults at the most, and might be no bigger in comparison to a twin room, where the third bed is habitually a comfortable rollaway bed or may be a cot placed right in a double room.

Quad Room – This type of room can have room for 4 adults at the most. Also accessible as superior or family rooms, this form of rooms is quite large. It should be noted in selection of rooms and accommodating guests, hotel regulations are quite strict. They do not allow any person ahead of the prearranged limit to occupy the rooms. Even in some cases the hotels might even charge for extra person or bed.

Let me know the procedure to accommodate infants in hotel rooms.

Under the age of 2 years, infants are considered as guests during the check in. There might not be any kind of cots available. For this, all you need to do is cross check with us at the time of booking your particular hotel.

I am not aware of the standard check-out and check-in timings of the hotel?

The standard check-in time is 12:00 hrs and check-out is at 12:00 hrs. It may differ from hotel to hotel. You can get the detail at the time of booking the hotel of your choice.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Yes, there are possibilities to check-in earlier. But, it must be noted that it would depend on the availability and sometimes cannot be guaranteed even. In case you want to ensure the room equipped and organized upon arrival then do reserve your room at least a night before.

For any late check-outs, is there any service provided?

Yes, late check-out is possible if any an extra charge is given. In fact it depends entirely upon the hotel management and the availability of rooms.

How can I cancel the hotel booking?

What will be the modify/cancellation charges for hotel booking?

Our modify/cancellation charges will be Rs.300 apart from the hotel cancellation charges. Hotel charges can vary from hotel to hotel. Please find out the cancellation charges for the particular hotel you are going to book at the time of booking.

Right before the postponement of deadline as declared in the booking information, I have cancelled my hotel booking. Please let me know by when will my reimbursement be credited?

The process of refunding your amount will take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days from the time you cancel your booking.

What is a star rating?

Star Ratings are required to categorize hotels completely based on their level of service, food standards, overall quality and other amenities. The rating will even vary depending on a variety of criteria as outlined by the pertinent issuing bodies present in each country.

What is the procedure of Triplogin to make a distinction between the 1 - 5 star category hotels?

1 Star – One-star hotels are usually small and independently owned properties. Each of these hotels has limited facilities and meals.

2 Star – The 2 star hotels vary from small to medium sizes and offers extensive facilities to all guests. Both their staff and reception will aim for professional presentation in comparison to the 1star hotels. These hotels provide wide array of services, which includes food and drink. There are few rooms that might offer en-suite facilities as well, though not guaranteed.

3 Star – The three star hotels usually have spacious rooms with wide array of facilities and services. The best thing about the 3 star hotels is their public and reception areas come with lots of space. In such hotels each bedroom comes with first-class room service and en-suite facilities.

4 Star – The 4 star hotels have noticeable variation of quality in décor, equipment and furnishings. Most importantly, the bedrooms are quiet spacious in comparison to the lower starred properties. The services provide are 24-hour room service, porter age, dry cleaning and laundry, business facilities and so on.

5 Star – The 5 star properties provide luxurious and spacious accommodation. You will find flawless attention and formal service provided as per the requirements of the guests.

What is the meal plan (CP, EP, MAP or AP)?

There are basically 4 meal plans - 1) In the Continental Plan, guests get a room with breakfast, 2) In the European Plan, a room is provided only, 3) In the Modified American Plan, guests get room with palatable breakfast, appetizing lunch or delicious dinner, 4) In the American Plan guests get a room with sumptuous breakfast, mouth-watering lunch and delectable dinner.

Can you provide me a hotel with a meal plan of my requirement?

Yes definitely we can book a hotel with any meal plan as per your requirement. You are requested to mention your required meal plan at the time of booking.

Do I have the option to leave my luggage right at the hotel premises, after check-out and before check-in?

You can certainly utilize the services offered by the concierge at the place where you will be leaving your luggage. But, remember one thing that the entire thing is subject to the accessibility of the hotel you are booked with.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is a must have in several areas of the world. But, it completely depends on you whether you tip on your own discretion or not.

If I am not interested in a full package and require only transportation and hotels then can I book accordingly?
